An area of 60 thousand square meters with basic electrical energy services in light-posts that are strategically distributed, each one with 3,000 watts of capacity;  automated water spray, hydrants, pluvial and septic drainage.  The Plaza has been scenery for trade shows, concerts and sport competitions.
